The Opera Mini internet browser is in the form of a milet, which is a java applet. So it works on any device that has a Java MDIP virtual machine, which is most PocketPCs. You can download and install Opera Mini directly to the PocketPC from http://mini.opera.com.
The Opera Mini navigator is quite fast. Non-optimised site are automatically reformatted to remove horizontal scrolling. The interface on the other hand, can be a little annoying, for example you have to tap Menu + Ok to check an address.
Opera Mini is relatively small. But since it needs Midlet Manager which is not in every ROM, and on a Qtek S100, it takes up 3.6mb, which is a lot!
Update : version 3 is greatly improved with RSS, photo sharing feature, acess to secured sites, etc.
